Our videos in the series "Wissen kompakt - Führungsinstrumente" (Compact Knowledge - Leadership Tools) give you very specific tips on your leadership tasks and thus support you in increasing your leadership effectiveness.

Video 1 is an introductory video and goes into the central aspects of effective leadership one. Videos 2 and 3 are about staff appraisals and interview jokers, that will help you to conduct staff appraisals even when they are a bit more difficult due to resistance.

Video 4 deals with the topic "Agree binding goals". In Video 5 we declare that Delegation is an instrument of employee development. We explain how to delegate successfully and reduce the risk of re-delegation.

In Video 6 you get three different feedback structures. Video 7 focuses on the topic Praise and recognition. And in the last video for now in this series, is the topic "Dealing constructively with mistakes". In addition to the framework conditions, you will receive a concrete Dialogue structure for critical feedback.
