Dr Simon Drescher is a consultant for change, communication and leadership development. He specialises in consulting on transformation processes in the industrial environment. He supports both strategic and operational processes, from vision workshops to shop floor management. 

As an expert in Learning & Development, he designs training programmes and digital learning strategies. He is also the author of scientific publications and develops didactic teaching/learning materials for continuing professional development. Dr Simon Drescher advises companies, foundations and public authorities. He led the research and consulting project Disruptive Rhetoric at the University of Tübingen on strategic innovation promotion and transformation support in companies.

Dr Simon Drescher studied general rhetoric and philosophy at the University of Tübingen. He completed his doctorate on questions of action and epistemology in rhetoric (summa cum laude). He completed his training as a business trainer during his studies. This has enabled him to integrate training modules into his consultancy projects time and again, helping executives, managers and employees to develop further in relation to new requirements.
