This means constantly reconciling three elements: market and society, your own organization, and people. It is about reconciling three things again and again: Market &amp; society, one's own organisation, the people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Most of Sabine\u2019s projects focus on creating this harmony so that it leads to satisfaction, engagement, identification, sustainable growth, commercial success, and the development of potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changing the way companies are managed requires a top-down cultural change. This is achieved through the interplay of three elements: Executive coaching, development of a management team that exemplifies the \"new leadership\" and targeted leadership development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The success factor of modern and effective leadership is trust. She gained formative experience as a turnaround manager at arvato services, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann, leading her team there with clarity and confidence. This helped her quickly bring her team members on board with new strategies and the changes that these brought, generating financial success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"aus-und-weiterbildung-als-coach-und-trainerin\" class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-d0962950 gb-headline-text two-lines\">Training and further education as a coach and trainer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2008, Sabine Walter successfully completed her training as a business coach, trainer and facilitator and was subsequently awarded \"Business Coach of the Year\" several times by the Dale Carnegie training organisation. To further develop her coaching skills, Sabine Walter began her training as an ICF-certified coach in 2012, which she successfully completed in 2013. Driven by the motivation to quickly bring people and groups to their full potential, Sabine Walter took part in various training programmes, most recently the ORSC training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"starken-breitgefacherte-expertise-fur-die-neuausrichtung-von-teams-und-unternehmen\" class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-5449e656 gb-headline-text two-lines\">Strengths: Wide-Ranging Expertise in Realigning Teams and Businesses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabine Walter - herself from a family of entrepreneurs - combines many skills: business management expertise, leadership and industry experience, visionary and strategic thinking, systemic perception, coaching and organisational development experience. All this makes her an experienced sparring partner for board members, managing directors and entrepreneurs when it comes to recalibrating their own personality, a team or an entire company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Sabine can quickly identify where organizations have hidden resources or obstacles that are hampering development and limiting impact. As with every development process, the key is to take the step that is the right action at that time to help people or a team progress. Sabine helps organizations take this step successfully with her methodical approach, confidence, focus, empathy, and clarity of purpose. She also knows how to address difficult topics in a simple and understanding way so that she can tackle the root causes as quickly as possible. Sabine\u2019s job is her calling in life.
