Seminar for time and self-management
Seminar language: German
From Sabine Walter
Many of us have the feeling that we have too little time. They feel rushed and permanently stressed. This permanent stress can have health consequences.
One way to counteract this is to reflect on one's own time and self-management style, and where possible, to develop it further. One approach that we believe is very good for regaining control over one's own calendar and thus one's own time is David Allen's time management method. It will play just as much a role in our seminar as delegating and saying no.
