Seminar for time and self-management

Seminar language: German

From Sabine Walter

Many of us have the feeling that we have too little time. They feel rushed and permanently stressed. This permanent stress can have health consequences.

One way to counteract this is to reflect on one's own time and self-management style, and where possible, to develop it further. One approach that we believe is very good for regaining control over one's own calendar and thus one's own time is David Allen's time management method. It will play just as much a role in our seminar as delegating and saying no.

Seminar description Time and Self-Management

  • "I have attended various time management seminars before and found it very valuable that in this training there is a high reflection and practical part."
  • "The trainer understood how to make us to hold up the mirror in a charming way and supported us on the first steps of a new self-organisation."
  • "I am someone who cannot refuse a request. But with "INA and INGA" I can now say no charmingly and yet firmly. Thank you so much for that."

In this seminar we work according to the accelerated learning method. That means:

  • In the training, you are 80% active as a participant. In the seminar, you link theory and practice.
  • Through diversity of methods all perceptual channels are stimulated. This increases successful learning outcomes.
  • We train on your concerns and issues. You receive directly realisable solution ideas.
  • The training covers all four psychological learning steps from attitude to skill.
