Professional Experience

After finishing her business degree, Sabine worked in various management roles in industry. She gained formative experience as a turnaround manager at arvato services, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann, leading her team there with clarity and confidence. This helped her quickly bring her team members on board with new strategies and the changes that these brought, generating financial success.

Training and further education as a coach and trainer

In 2008, Sabine Walter successfully completed her training as a business coach, trainer and facilitator and was subsequently awarded "Business Coach of the Year" several times by the Dale Carnegie training organisation. To further develop her coaching skills, Sabine Walter began her training as an ICF-certified coach in 2012, which she successfully completed in 2013. Driven by the motivation to quickly bring people and groups to their full potential, Sabine Walter took part in various training programmes, most recently the ORSC training.
