My coaching approach

How do I work in coaching?

The aim of coaching is to provide you with key elements for your further development. In doing so, I see you as part of the system in which you operate. The system can be the company, the management team or your family.

My coaching is future-oriented and solution-focused. Depending on the goal you want to reach, sparring, consulting and small training sessions can be part of the coaching. I use all these methods in a way that helps you achieve your goal and thus further development.

How much time should you plan for the coaching?

It has proven successful to schedule coaching in small units of 60 minutes each over a longer period of time. Many managers and executives work with me every 3-4 weeks.
